I'm Ainara Marino — an entertainment professional who has built her career from the inside out. I've worked on cruise ships navigating international waters, managed logistics for massive live events, coordinated marketing for independent music labels, and supported productions for directors and festivals that move entire cities.

What sets me apart isn't just the list of companies — it's what each one taught me. Working onboard cruise ships put me face-to-face with thousands of passengers from dozens of countries, every single day. I learned how to read people quickly, communicate across cultures and languages, adapt my tone in real time, and close the gap between a brand and a human being. That instinct doesn't come from a course — it comes from living it.

At DF Entertainment, I stepped into the world of large-scale event production and never looked back. I've coordinated staff, managed logistics, handled documentation flows, and kept operations running at festivals where the margin for error is zero. Including Lollapalooza Argentina 2025.

DF Entertainment is one of Argentina's leading live event companies, and I spent three years at the center of its operations. I coordinated and recruited temporary staff for large-scale productions, managed onboarding documentation, maintained scheduling grids for dozens of team members simultaneously, and served as the operational link between supervisors and ground-level staff.

The highlight of this chapter: Lollapalooza Argentina 2025. Coordinating logistics and staff for one of the world's most iconic music festivals meant working at full capacity — no room for mistakes, no missed details, and constant problem-solving in real time. I thrived in it.

At Indie Folk, I worked at the intersection of music and visual storytelling. I coordinated the marketing department's day-to-day operations: scheduling and briefing photographers, liaising with creative teams, managing content timelines, and ensuring every campaign asset landed on time and on brand.

This role deepened my understanding of how a music brand communicates — how the visual language of an artist is built and protected across every touchpoint. I learned to think in deadlines, in aesthetics, and in the details that make the difference between good content and great content.

Gonna Go is where I built my backbone in production logistics. I managed end-to-end coordination for events: vendor communication, equipment scheduling, venue logistics, and production documentation. I also supported recruitment and coordination of temporary production staff, maintained detailed operational records, and ensured every moving piece was tracked and accounted for.

Working in production taught me something essential: the show only works if the system behind it is airtight. I built those systems. I maintained them under pressure. And I made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
